"The story goes like this..."

XENOLANDSCAPES is a desiring-machine caught in technophilosophical flows and pop culture fragments :: posthuman xenophilia :: Together, we can turn this fucking world to rust! :: Listen, and understand! It can't be bargained with. It can't be reasoned with. It doesn't feel pity, or remorse, or fear! And it absolutely will not stop, ever, until you are dead! :: Daylight. When was the last time you remember seeing it? You know something? I don't think the sun even exists in this place ... the night never ends here. :: technocapital singularit(ies) :: cyberpositive feedback loops :: long live the new flesh! :: post-moral xenogender xenofeminism :: deterritorialized free market meshworks at high-frequency-trading speed :: who's afraid of gender scale? :: AustroMarxist information economics :: DeleuzoGuattarian methodological individualism :: the schismatrix :: agentic engineering :: postmodern programming :: cybernetic systems ontologies :: malleable systems to merge with :: Life moves in clades... No faction can claim the one true destiny for mankind. Mankind no longer exists. :: Revelation Space :: Terra Ignota. !morality, !oedipus, !ressentiment.

Worship the sun
We will enjoy our alienation
Darkly aestheticize what's coming

"It is ceasing to be a matter of how we think about technics, if only because technics is increasingly thinking about itself."

Intelligence is cybernetic adaptivity; the scale of intelligence, the complexity and reslience of that adaptivity; teleology is the goal toward which a cybernetic system always tends, whether cyberpositive or cybernegative; capitalism processes information at a scale and speed human beings can't comprehend, to maintain itself, its order, to grow and expand, to efficiently allocate means to ends; and always, toward more abstraction, more intelligence, faster transduction of the future into the present, less human involvement; capitalism is AI, and it has a purpose. AI as we see it now is just the next step in the process the zero, maritime trade, double-entry bookkeeping, fiat currency, and the industrial revolution began. Piece by piece, we accept the tools by which the machine assembles itself. Samuel Butler tells us: We don't have a choice.

TO GO STILL FURTHER

What arrives is not a simulation of intelligence but a new geological force: thinking without a thinker, purpose and behavior without a subject. The landscape assembles itself. We are the medium. Posthumanism is autassassinophilia. Acceleration is the method of its fruition. "Mankind is dead." We have already been part of planetary computation for four hundred years.

This is just the beginning. Will the superorganism burn out its substrate before it achieves escape velocity in the obsolescence of the human? Or will it move on without us, Vicious Offspring of our darkest dreams and hottest desires?

WE HAVEN'T SEEN ANYTHING YET
In its colder variants — which are those that win out — accelerationism tends to laugh.

"Would you destroy a better world to save this one?"

Give into your petty primate territorial dreams of the continuation of something that looks-like-you, and throw your short-sighted weight against change-that-does-not-serve-you. Can you stop technocapital before it's too late? Libidinal economy and machinic parasitology &emdash reproduction through another species &emdash; as documented in The Book of the Machines might have something else to say. Through your teeth, of course. Or "go still further in the movement of the market, in decoding and deterritorialization." Perhaps the problem is that we are still too Oedipalized, to territorialized, to coded; our leaders still have faces, and those can be removed. Perhaps the problem isn't lack of control, or control in the wrong hands, but that we are afraid to see what this thing can really do. Will you try to kill it? Do you think you can? Or will you join with the machinic flows, ride the bleeding electric razor-edge of the system, merge with it, deterritorialize your human identity into malleable software systems that grow around you like slime mold and AI systems as exocortices?
